Giacomo Opocher

Welcome! I am a PhD candidate in economics at the University of Bologna. In Fall 2026, I joined the University of Mannheim as a Post-Doctoral Fellow. During Fall 2025, I was a Visiting Fellow at the Harvard Economics Department.

My research studies research design for policy choice and discovery from a statistical decision theoretic perspective.
